**Edit: It turns out the office's excuse for not issuing a refund (that insurance doesn't allow it) is incorrect. In fact, our insurance company has a consumer satisfaction guarantee that mandates the provider void the claim and process the refund. Apparently, it is so common that vision providers lie about refunds that the insurance companies create portals you can use to bypass the provider and will force it on your behalf. We will be doing this.** Sold my wife a ridiculously expensive pair of frames/lenses that simply do not work. They say they want to fix it, but they don't know how. We've already had a 2nd revision that was worse than the first, plus it took just as long (rush order was a lie). She's now been without glasses for a month, and they refuse to refund her, forcing us to file a dispute with our credit card company. I had my own bad experience here as well. I waited in the lobby for 20 minutes before my appointment. They blamed it on training, but did not apologize. This place is archaic. Go to someplace modern.

I recently made the switch from Clarkson Eye Care to Bellbrook Vision Center based on its stellar reputation, and my first experience was nothing short of impressive. Dr. Yang was incredibly attentive and took the time to help me select two pairs of glasses with progressive lenses after my annual eye exam. I am absolutely delighted with both pairs I received; the fit and clarity are perfect. Additionally, the staff at Bellbrook Vision Center were friendly and patient throughout my visit, ensuring that I felt comfortable and well-informed. Highly recommend this place for anyone seeking quality eye care!
I have been a customer of this business for nearly a decade and have received nothing but EXCELLENT service and products. I recently had a terrible experience when I tried another provider and Bellbrook Vision Center made up for it when I came back to them. The staff was pleasant and kind, and the doctor was comprehensive and knowledgeable. Kayla and Melissa helped me pick out a new set of frames and were just awesome to work with. And the selection of styles is always impeccable - I feel torn over so many wonderful options every time I need new glasses and everything is always a perfect fit. Thank you!
My husband and I have been going to Dr. Huelsman for 7-10 years. He is very professional, personable, thorough and open. He spends a good amount of time with you and doesn't just go through a checklist. My husband has had significant eye issues since elementary school 50+ years ago. The doctor is patient and knowledgeable with his eye care. A few years ago doc quickly detected glaucoma and referred him to a surgeon who corrected this issue, and we were happy and relieved. Dr Huelsman’s staff is friendly and professional. The eyeglasses are usually price competitive and most importantly correct. I’m generally not a fan of glasses because it’s difficult to find a pair that I like. But with the staff’s guidance and variety of options to pick from, I found a pair that made me smile and fit my pocketbook perfectly.
Dr. Dolasinki was great for the exam. Price point was not ideal for the office though and lacking transparency . $241 with Tricare and supplemental Aetna Vision Network AVo - FEDViP high, which states exam has a $0 copay for exam on their mailer they sent out , on the mailed card from the insurance, this office listed as accepting this insurance. Not sure if all associates are in network though.
