America’s Best Optometrist

The KOP Americas Best team is beyond excellent. This current team has been consistent over last few years. I have been a client since 1996 when I was high school. So I can honestly say the customer service is top notch. Special shout out to the manager Gwen, Ashley and Hope - appreciate your genuine recommendations and professionalism with a smile!

Went in for an eye exam and was immediately upset. Heavy machinery in the back where the exam was conducted. They were there “drying” and “purifying”the air and wall. Water was actively leaking from the ceiling, carpet wet where I slipped and a stench of mold. Wallpaper tore up from the walls and loud equipment all around while having tn exam. As a customer with bronchitis and who frequent this location office, a MEDICAL OFFICE I was immediately horrified. I sent in a complaint immediately after leaving. Having patients while active water leaking is ridiculous. If they actually cared about pt health and satisfaction there would’ve canceled appointments or made patients aware before coming to their appointments. It’s unsafe and unsanitary. The staff there acted as if it was just another day and all they did was “apologize for the mess”. Meanwhile having that young black girl work who was very sweet work in those conditions. Throughout the exam she could barely breathe and was coughing. I had felt so bad as she was very sweet and tried to constantly assure me and the other customers who there it was okay. As well as doing her best to get everyone she seen in and out of that room as fast as possible(shout out to her and ONLY her). Meanwhile the front of the staff had no one check on her where she obviously being affected. 0/10. No communication. No prior knowledge of what I was walking into. Unsanitary. I wasn’t going to leave a review but I had family who went a different day and it was still the same thing smh.

I had such a great experience at America’s Best in King of Prussia, and I especially want to thank Theresa for being so kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. She genuinely took the time to help me find frames that actually fit my face and suited my style instead of rushing me. She kept encouraging me to take my time, gave me honest recommendations, and explained all the pricing, insurance coverage, upgrades, and options clearly so I understood everything before making a decision. I came in feeling overwhelmed and unsure of what glasses would look good on me, and I left feeling excited and confident about my choices. Theresa made the experience feel personal and comfortable, and you can tell she truly cares about helping customers. Thank you again for all your help! I absolutely love the frames I picked out and can’t wait for my glasses to come in!

My 1st time getting glasses at America's Best. There were a lot of nice options for frames. Ashley was sympathetic to my concerns over having a larger prescription. She helped me pick out frames that I love, and can't wait to wear. She listened, and gave her honest opinions on the look & style. She definitely eased the process. I would recommend and 100% go back. Thank You Ashley!!

Our daughter has epilepsy and she falls and bends or breaks her glasses regularly. The staff at America's Best have been great at straightening and tightening and keeping them working. We've been in 4 different stores and everyone has always been very helpful. We were recently considering new glasses but couldn't find any frames that our daughter liked more than the old ones. Gwen went beyond the call of duty to find two new frames to replace the old ones. Extremely helpful, kind and friendly.
