Everyone was very polite and attentive. They encouraged me to look at different styles of glasses while I was waiting. Shortly after, a technician did my inital eye test. I did have to wait a bit for a doctor as their doctors are remote which is not their fault but it wasn't a terribly long wait. Once a doctor became available for a video appointment, another technician came into the room and we did the second part of the exam which determined that I need a slightly stronger prescription. After that appointment was concluded, a sales associate assisted me in picking out a pair of glasses. She was sure to explain my vision coverage to help me make the best choices for my eyes. She gave me a date my glasses would be ready and they were actually ready a week earlier than what she said which was nice! Despite the date she gave, she did mention they could come in earlier which I wasn't expecting, so that was a nice surprise! When I went to pick up my glasses, the staff cleaned my new glasses and made sure they fit me good and that I could see clearly out of them! 10/10 service all the way through from start to finish! I've never experienced a remote vision place before but it was a cool experience and they made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process! I love my new glasses and will definitely be back! Even making the appointment, reception is super sweet to deal with on the phone! I highly recommend America's Best! 🩷

Would not use this company again. Online purchase, but this is the nearest location to me. Bought two pairs of progressive eyeglasses, and NO clamshell case for either just a scratchy sleeve, offering no protection whatsoever. Not even a Lens wipe, which has got to be the cheapest accessory on the planet. The tracking link to UPS was invalid, and they did not respond to my email requests addressing it. When I called they said, “did you try entering your tracking information to USPS? “ Why the heck would I have tried that? Did you try giving your customer correct tracking information?? No, no you did not.
The customer service was the best. Everyone was eagtto help me. I didn’t have to wait at all. The young lady that helped me pick out my glasses was very helpful & professional. The prices were the best. I will be back.
I went to Lenscrafters first.... so, I have something to genuinely compare. First, they take all prescriptions. You don't need to have your eye appointment there to get your glasses or contacts there. I like this, because you are not locked in - and if you don't find a pair of glasses you like - you don't feel that you have to purchase just anything because they don't want you to go elsewhere. I don't have anything negative to say (however in all fairness I haven't gotten the finished glasses yet, I will update this review once I receive them if they do not meet my expectations). So, here is what was good. * they were able to figure out that Lenscrafters put a hold onto my insurance plan (I was there first and had looked at glasses). They were able to let me know I'd need to contact Lenscrafters to get the "hold" taken off for the order that I had not placed. They were able to look up my benefits and what I was eligible for - after I got the lock taken off. * the selection was almost double what they had at lenscrafters AND the price points varied. They had brand names, and they had more affordable options. I was able to find a dozen pairs that looked nice on me and I felt that they would all be great choices. This was huge for me - because glasses are a big investment that you have to live with for 2 years! * the prices were more affordable than Lenscrafters. I ended up getting a brand name designer glasses, with all the upgrades, and a special case for less than I would have paid at Lenscrafters for glasses that were just "ok." * the staff was super friendly. My salesgirl was Anna - she was a gem. I believe she gave me honest feedback about the frames I tried on and I didn't feel like she was trying to "upsell" me on my glasses. * they were able to use my healthcare spending account - it made the payment part - "easy." * Parking was ample - and easy. Overall, it was seamless - friendly, professional and affordable. I really felt that everything was "above board" and completely disclosed. This was definitely a night and day difference (in a positive way). I am looking forward to getting my glasses in early June! Let's hope the finished product is as good or better than the buying process - so far so good!
The wait time was absolutely ridiculous!! I understand that this location is severely understaffed. If the ladies up front & the lady that does the pressure testing in the back would stop negatively conversating about EVERY customer that walks out the door, they might have MORE time to do their job accurately and in a timely manner!! My fiance appt. Was at 11:20 am and needless to say we haven't left yet!! Ir is now 1:02 pm.
