They have the worst customer service. Rude and hateful. My glasses didn't fit correctly and I had to go back several times for adjustments. The last time the guy was rude and said why dont you just get your money back. I said ok and then he made the young guy do all the work.He was definitely nicer than the other guy. We were back at Sam's a couple of days ago and my husband needed his glasses adjusted and a different guy, but another hateful rude person messed them up so badly my husband couldn't see out of the. Stay clear of them..
