Went in to get an eyeglass adjustment but the associate explained that a licensed optician must be present and to come back the following day…I went in that next day and my glasses feel great! No more sliding! Just call to make sure a licensed optician is in before you go.
My daughter broke her glasses and we went in for a replacement frame…turns out the company policy had changed and they couldn’t fit her lenses to a new frame but we had her prescription with us and they were able to order her a complete new pair of glasses for $39! They were so helpful explaining everything! Thank you all so much!
Went in to buy some replacement frames because mine had broken but was told I can’t purchase them unless I have purchased glasses from them before. Does not make sense since I can purchase frames from Walmart.com. Obviously the employee did not want to deal with me. Around 17:15 12/3/25.
It's 2:45 pm. They close at 7 according to their media post. I guess it was true what I've been told about their service. They wouldn't answer the phone. I wanted to set up a date for an eye exam. Customer service?
One star is probably over rating. This is the absolute worst place to get glasses. My family and I came in to pick ours out and the staff was mad that it took us 1 hour to pick glasses for 3 people. The female there when I picked our glasses up refused to adjust any of ours because we arrived at 5:45 and they close at 7.
