I just want to thank Rachel for helping me find the perfect frames! I came in weeks ago and found a pair I loved and I thought they were gone but l got lucky with her help finding them. Overall great experience!!!
Rachel is the absolute best associate I have had the pleasure to work with! I moved to South Carolina at the end of 2024 and this America’s Best is the only place I have went since then and Rachel has been the associate I have worked with every single time. She is extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer every question I had. She took the time out to help me find the perfect frames that would fit my lenses because my prescription is very strong. The store has an amazing caring staff and Rachel has definitely been a stand out to me. Dr. Christine took the time to listen to all of my concerns about my previous contact lenses and set me up with a trial pair of contacts that I have been wanting to try, but my previous optometrist had been reluctant to put me in without reason. She’s also very knowledgeable about what she does and will never hesitate to take her time with her patients. I would recommend this store and have recommended the store to anybody that has even mentioned needing an eye exam.
The dr was wonderful. Staff not so much tried to push everything on me had to speak with the dr. REMEMBER recommendations are not the law. You don’t not have to pay for everything they offer it’s a choice. Spartanburg location I did get the deal after I spoke to the dr. It was going to be 580 dollars
Great location. Made an appt online. Book early they are about a month wait. From start to finish, everyone was kid and helpful. I was not rushed. Each person who helped me, made me feel welcomed. Thanks
