Front staff is unprofessional to say the least. Had an exam and picked out glasses in May, it is now nearing the end of July and after numerous phone calls to check the status with no response I decided to go into the office to pick them up only to find out the same woman who I handed the glasses I picked out had never put in the order for them. She was very snippy about how they weren't ordered and that they now would be and should be in next week. We will see if they have been ordered this time around but this will be my last time dealing with the nonsense of this establishment!

I love my optometrist- Dr. Lindsay Wood. She's the absolute best!! She's so friendly, very attentive, and personable. She takes the time to get to know her patients. She provides the very best care. She's also very thorough and detailed with explaining everything. I love the front office staff as welll..everyone's so nice!
Illegally withholds medical records. Front Office staff were rude, and provided no other reason for withholding my records besides "the doctor said no." There is no legal basis to deny access to my medical records, even if the prescription is expired (mind you, since I am not using the "expired" prescription to purchase medical lenses, a massive "expired" watermark could be included on the physical copy of my prescription). Lost my business, and taking legal counsel to rectify the issue. 45 CFR 164.524 (citation of statute relevant to complaint)
The office staff and Dr. Anderson are always very welcoming and friendly! I always receive professional service and little wait time!
Dr. Anderson is fantastic. He is efficient, kind and thorough. He caught a serious issue with my eye and had me at an ophthalmologist the same day. I just can’t say enough about him and his staff at Spartanburg West.
