I came for an eye exam over 3 weeks ago and have not received a call, text, or email letting me know my lenses were ready. I've been calling for over a week, and the message says they will call you back within 48 hours. That never happened either. Finally, today when I called, someone actually answered the phone. My lenses have been ready - their machine was broken. A simple communique would have done the trick, but no - they couldn't be bothered. After spending $560 with them, I can now say I will not be a return customer. I thought it was awful high for an eye exam and lenses in my existing frame, but apparently it's not high enough for them to be bothered with customer service. Massive fail. Never again.

Had an appointment and had a work event so I needed to reschedule and no communication to do so. So managed to make it anyways but 10 minutes late and was turned away after driving for nearly an hour . Desk server was just that meaning rude attitude and decided I needed another appointment and just gave me one without asking any preferences. I decided to go to Americas Best

I always have great customer service when I come to this LensCrafters retail location. Michael was very helpful and exhibited the ultimate customer service in assisting me with my purchase process on yesterday. Highly recommend this location for your eyewear needs,

My first time ever visiting Lenscrafter store! Stephanie and her team are amazing folks! I went in knowing what I wanted. Unfortunately, RayBan, does not have specific frames I want in stock. Stephanie and her team helped me understand the process and all the good dets. (Really appreciated her taking the time to help me better understand their world!!) I would recommend this location again and again! Easy to work with, quick, and they know their world! Thanks for all you and your team contributed to helping me with a fun purchase!!

I went into Lens Crafters with my tail between my legs. As an almost 40 year old, I have had numerous exams that were never correct and never wore the glasses to now I will need to wear them all the time. I sat with Michael and he has the most patience. I was in there for well over 2 hours trying to decide what to pick and he was calming me the whole time. Once it came time to discussing the details of the actual lens part, he was nice to explain each thing but also giving personal experiences so I had a better understanding since I am going from no glasses to a trifocal situation. Michael made this situation easy. Because of him, my BF and I are customers for life. Also the turnaround for the glasses is amazing! Was told 7-10 business days VS other places take several weeks.
