America’s Best Optometrist

Had a great experience at America’s Best Memphis Poplar/240 location. I made the appointment a week or so ahead and even tho the Memphis streets were covered with snow and ice they were open and ready to help. Check in, pre exam and the actual exam were completed quickly. The hard part for me is always picking out a frame. I told the young man assisting me that I wanted frames that will have people saying “those frames look great on you “. Andres Adame made that happen! I’ve gotten so many compliments and feel so comfortable in my new glasses.THANK YOU Andres for your assistance and the time you took to help me. 5 STAR SERVICE

I’m on a road trip right now, heading to Chicago to see my favorite band play and really wanted to get contacts so I wouldn’t have to worry about my glasses in the crowd of people. When I came in, I had an appointment 30 minutes before the doctor was leaving and about an hour before close. My pre-tester, Jay, was so sweet and made a very conscious effort to get me my contacts same day while I was there, even though they usually aren’t able to do same day contacts that close to close. Its my first time getting contacts so she gave me a little class on how to put them in and take them out and was very helpful, supportive, and patient through the whole process, and I was in and out with my contacts in probably 20-30ish minutes. These people were all so kind to me but especially Jay was so nice to go out of her way for me. Thank you so much, if I was local I would continue coming to y’all whenever I needed eye stuff. Great prices, great discounts and deals for you. Priced right for everyone. Everyone can afford, free eye check with 2 pairs of glasses. I bought 2 for myself and made my spouse buy 2 as well. 😅. Great employees. I love my eye doctors there. All the staff is always smiling.

Great customer service. Took my son to pick out some glasses. The doctor was so knowledgeable and so nice to my son and my self. DeMaya was very knowledgeable and helped my son pick the best glasses. He can't wait to receive them. From the time we walk through the doors to the time we exit everyone was very nice. I will definitely recommend them to anyone. Great price as well.

I had to come two different days and both sales persons were exceptional. The young lady Demaya made my day so much better I was aggravated due to the cost with my insurance coverage however she was able to make this appointment very easy and helped me find a solution that further my budget. The next visit was with Lauren and her service just tagged in and she was very patient and very knowledgeable. I have been a customer for years and these young ladies were amazing. Ok when i thought it couldn’t get better I came back for contact training and Jay was absolutely amazing. She had soooooo much patience for me and grace. I wear contacts at 50 when i was scared of them my entire adult life. Job well done!!!!
