I highly recommend Total Eye Care. They have the friendliest, most caring staff. Everything there is so comfortable, modern, and organized. I am always HAPPY to see my fave Tech Jayla - she’s a ray of light. I am especially grateful to my buddy Dr. Brandon Rushing who found an eye ailment of mine that other professionals failed to recognize. He’s so kind and professional and I like his chair side manner; has a good sense of humor. My glasses prescription is also PERFECT now! I am Blessed to have met Dr. Brandon and the exceptional staff for CARING for me and putting me ahead of the curve on what could have been a devastating issue. Dr Rushing and his staff including Kate, Joshua, and Jayla always provide superior service. Scheduling is flexible and easy. The staff are well informed about office conditions during clinical trials. My 99 year-old mother has been a patient for decades. Dr Rushing is caring, empathetic, gentle, and professional. Thank you for your continued efficient and professional medical service.

Total Eye Care should reconsider referring patients to Eye Specialty Group unless it can be confident in the quality and consistency of care being provided. All patients deserve respectful, attentive, and professional treatment, regardless of whether they have one insurance policy, two insurance policies, or none at all. Medical referrals should be based on the standard of care and patient well-being, not personal relationships or familiarity with staff. Quality treatment and strong customer service should always be the priority.

I have been seeing Dr. Gayso for years. He is great and the entire staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! Would highly recommend both Dr. Gayso and Total Eye Care!
