I've been going to America's Best for years now. They have taken care my daughter and I for contacts and glasses. They always have great specials! I would trust any family to go there with their eye care needs!🩷🙏🏻
I went all the way up to the Pinnacle in Bristol today and there was a lot of traffic and it was a big hassle because one of my pairs of glasses is cracked on the arm where it curves down around my ear so they tell me since it's been over a year there's nothing they can do to help me didn't ask me if I wanted a new arm replaced and pay for it just said there was nothing they could do to help me. I will never ever step foot in America's best again. Not to mention the first time I picked up my glasses the second pair the lenses weren't right and they had to send them back to get them right so when I pick those up the first pair of glasses I got I needed adjusted and the older man that was working there and told me he couldn't adjust them because it's kind of hard to just glasses when somebody else is wearing them really I've never had any place ever tell me that before I'm 64 and been wearing glasses since I was in my thirties thanks for nothing America's Best

America’s Best provided my mother and me with great service, easy yet thorough exams, affordable prices and deals, all in a clean, organized environment. Dr. Barry Watson, the optometrist, and Grayce, one of the employees, were very knowledgeable and patient with us during our visit. The rest of the staff were equally as kind and just as helpful. We look forward to our new glasses!
Amazing experience at America’s Best at Pinnacle Peak! Dr. George gave me the most enjoyable eye exam I’ve ever had, and Gracy was incredible walking me through my order and handling all the insurance details. Both were so thorough, kind, and helpful. Couldn’t thank them enough, highly recommend!
