Amazing service from start to finish! Everyone at America’s Best Optometry on Silber Road was incredibly nice, professional, and attentive. Dr. Shanko and the team took care of me well and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. They were very patient, explained everything in detail, and made the experience smooth and easy. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the environment felt welcoming. I left feeling confident in my care and very satisfied with my visit. I would 100% recommend this location to anyone needing an eye exam.
America's Best definitely the best! Dr. Shanko administered the easiest eye exam I think I've had in my whole life! I'm very grateful. I received excellent customer service all the way from the reception desk to the examination room to the eyeglasses selection process. Short and simple 20 minute process. Very pleased!
Staff are phenomenal, very knowledgeable and patient. I had the pleasure of having Ms.S'briyah as my tech? Sales associate? Not sure either way super helpful and bright I loved her. The optometrist was also amazing, I mentioned that I had a previous eye condition during my exam and she did like three extra exams of the eye to make sure everything was as it should be. Can not recommend this location enough
