I had the best experience at Americas best with the customer service being top tier provided by Maria and Giovonna. These two went above and beyond to help me have a great experience. The doctor and his tech were fantastic and explained everything so that I could understand it. I look forward to picking up my contacts and saying HI.
Recently visited AB for the second pair of glasses. First experience 5+ years ago was a pleasant experience and I recently again experienced the same. Booked my exam and visit completely online with no hassle. The automated communications were stellar and a step above, from email to text, I knew all the detail needed to show up and be prepared. Arrived on time, midweek in the afternoon and the location was not super busy. After checking in with the receptionist I was let loose to browse through the selection of frames. Within 10 mins was called back to have the preliminary tech look at my eyes. Quick 10 mins with the gentleman and I was back looking at frames for a few more minutes. After deciding, I chose to sit in the quiet and comfortable waiting area that is partitioned away from the frame selection area and reception. Within a few minutes Dr. Vo was conducting my exam. A quick 15 minute exam and I was back to the reception to where I was greeted by a polite young lady who would tally up my totals and finalize my frames and selections. Over all pleasant experience and in and out as expected. Thank you AB for taking care of my eye glass needs!
They just made the process so much easier for me from the exam room to getting the contacts! Scheduling was easy! Everywhere I called to get in and with my insurance they made it nearly impossible to just check on it! I will recommend this place to anyone needing glasses or contacts! The manager Javana goes above and beyond with customer service!
Scam 2 for $99. Exam was great; MD & tech was thorough. However, I left there spending $461 for 1 pair of glasses & I brought in the frame; was told I received a 10% discount when I joined their $10 club. My daughter, same thing. I won’t get glasses from there again!
Loved the doctor and everyone that was involved in the process of getting my new glasses. Great variety of frames and types of lenses and options for the lenses ‼️ I am a repeat customer and will continue to be so.
