It was my first time going there and had a smooth quick appointment. All of my questions were answered and they were very helpful. I want to especially say Mary Moreno make sure all my questions were being answered. She walked me through the different types of lenses and what could be perfect for me definitely five out of five stars. Even going back for my adjustments they were very helpful.

Went to get an eye exam and possibly new eyeglasses. Everyone at the office was friendly and helpful. Val was extraordinary! She was patient and helped us with a myriad of questions and frame selections. She was also able to help us navigate the cost with insurance and share options. I can’t wait to go in a couple of weeks to pick up my new glasses. Which, thanks exclusively to Val’s excellent assistance , I did purchase after my exam. We are returning customers and shall continue to be.
Horrible customer service. I was called in to get my lenses replaced. While waiting to be served, another person came in for the same thing and was seated. They started helping the person that came in after me. I got the worker's attention and explained that I was sitting here waiting first and asked if I could leave my glasses and come back. The worker told me I could not and that she was helping the other customer. I waited, but was not pleased with her service and dismissive behavior. Not a great experience. I didn't ask what her name was, but she was the only one replacing lenses behind the counter.
loved my experience here at americas best weslaco, i was in and out in less than 30 mins and my glasses arrived quick. Esmer was more than happy to help me try on my glasses
