I had such a great experience with Paula at Visionworks! She was incredibly kind, friendly, and professional from the moment I walked in. She made everything so easy and was a pleasure to talk to. She took the time to fix my sunglasses, cleaned them up, and made sure everything was perfect before I left. She truly cares about her customers and takes pride in providing excellent service. I've bought several pairs of glasses from this Location, and the staff has always been great to work with. I break my glasses more often than I'd like to admit, and every single time they've been quick to help me get them fixed. Consistent, friendly service — highly recommend if you need glasses or repairs.

I believe Claire is her name and while she was attending to me, taking care of me greatly. I believe the general manager herself came up to me and then helped repair my old glasses. This has been by far the best experience I've had. Everyone was just so helpful, kind, and I might add very fast as well.
