She took the time to fix my sunglasses, cleaned them up, and made sure everything was perfect before I left. She truly cares about her customers and takes pride in providing excellent service. I break my glasses more often than I'd like to admit, and every single time they've been quick to help me get them fixed. Consistent, friendly service — highly recommend if you need glasses or repairs.

I believe Claire is her name and while she was attending to me, taking care of me greatly. I believe the general manager herself came up to me and then helped repair my old glasses.
