America's Best in Culpeper. I think I will be back eventually when I need another pair. As they didn't have but a couple of pair to choose from for my big head 😄. Janice was awesome!! She was very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you for a great experience!!! I recommend this business and Janice if buying a new pair of frames. The overall glasses they fit very well and I hope you all have more XL frames next time. Steven

I scheduled an in person appointment for my seven year old son. Got there and was informed the doctor was two hours behind. They provided no compensation, or reasonable alternative. Because my son was due to start school soon making another appointment would be inconvenient. I can understand an hour behind or less but two hours is intolerable. Since the doctor was only there on thursdays that made the situation worse. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They need to get their act together and get a doctor who can handle a large amount of patients.

The ENTIRE staff is awesomely wonderful! I felt calm and relaxed during the entire process! PLEASE PLEASE keep this staff! You would be hard pressed to find someone else who would fit in better! Also, it was brought to my attention that the Company is considering to stop using the ‘owl’ and I feel that that would be a HIGE mistake. It was the ‘owl’ in the commercial that got my young grandson to get me to watch the commercial (which I usually ignore) and I learned about what American Best offers and I am here stating that American Best IS America’s Best.

had an appointment for an eye exam and was not informed beforehand that the doctor would not be physically present in the office. Instead, the exam was conducted remotely, which was disappointing and not what I expected when scheduling my appointment. The overall experience felt slow and disorganized, and the lack of an in-person doctor made me uncomfortable. I will not be returning until there is a full-time, on-site doctor available. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this location based on my experience.
