After a terrible experience at another doctor's office last year, I finally had a great visit here. Dr. Press is professional, caring, and patient in answering all of your questions. No wonder this office was voted 'Culpeper's Best of the Best.' The office is also very clean and neat. Highly recommended!

I must be completely honest. When I walked in I was greeted by the nicest woman ever. She was very thorough and efficient. She got me in the back very quickly. My appointment time was 11:30 I arrived at 11:15. The receptionist sent me down outside of the exam room and I waited until quarter after 12:15. Mine you I have a 1:00 appointment somewhere else. I could hear the doctor in the room on the phone. While he completely disregarded me and my time. I then asked the receptionist if he knew, I was out there waiting. She replied, yes he did. So I lightly knocked on the door, opened it up and told him to get the hell off the phone. He then did. Once with the doctor, he was wonderful. But the fact that my time was completely disregarded was beyond unacceptable. I made sure to be 15 minutes early as do not disregard his time. I was completely put off by that. And since then I’ve heard that he does that to quite a few people, but nobody says anything to him. Very frustrating. I absolutely love the receptionist, though she was amazing!!!!! That’s why there’s four stars not three.

DR.Press is definitely impressive. He is such a nice sweet man and honestly in my experience we'll do whatever he can to help you. He has done so much to fix my eyes and now is even treating my children. Plus his office is located inside of Walmart so it's even more convenient if you have shopping to do. It's a small office and everyone is always so nice and welcoming. I would give this place more than five stars if I could. He is a great man 💖 I am so thankful to have a doctor so caring.

I went to Dr. Press because my eye was blurry, bloodshot, hurting, and felt like something was in it. He took me in right away to examine my eye. Told me I had a scratched cornea and needed to see an ophthalmologist immediately. He called and scheduled me for an emergency exam. I went to Dr. Brear's office and they saw me immediately. They removed two objects from my eyelid and put drops in my eye. Gave me a prescription to prevent infection. I cannot thank Dr. Press enough for all his kindness and to top it off, he called to check on me that night. I can't think of many doctors who take the time to check on their patients after hours.

Both times I've taken my son here, I've had to reschedule. They NEVER have my insurance info, and honestly having to watch the receptionist be nasty to everyone who has an appt is worth skipping this place. Don't like your job? Stop taking it out the patients! Wonder how many patients thia nice doc has lost becaise of her nasty attitude!
