The wait is long but the staff is kind and courteous. We waited almost 45 mins after our scheduled appointment time before we were called back. At the first appointment back in February, we waited almost 90 mins before we were called back. Bring a snack and plan to be there a while. It's worth the wait.
Vista Eye always has me covered, whether in Culpepper or Fredericksburg they manage to fit me in when I have an emergency eye issue. Dr Lauren Richards, who is so professional and polite, has been treating me for several years. The entire staff has excellent customer service marked with kindness and respect.
Had a great appointment today. The staff is great and so is the Dr. I was taken on time and spent one hour at my appointment. Highly recommend. Culpeper office is convenient.
Sometimes people have fears about having Cataract Surgery. I admit that I do, but not for the typical reason. I don't have a problem with the actual lasik part. However, I have Glaucoma in one eye. That has to be removed by hand, not with a laser. I haven't had the actual surgery yet, otherwise the rest of my experience would have been 5 stars.
Very professional, friendly staff and Dr Richards and her assistant performed a thorough exam in a very timely manner I will certainly recommend this practice to others Thank you!
