America's Best is good. My first experience with virtual and it was interesting. The wait time was longer than expected, but the Dr was thorough. Every employee was professional. I personally enjoyed Quasia's personality the most. She's fun, helpful, patient, and polite. She ensured I got the frame I needed. Great individual. 😊

D'quasia was absolutely amazing. Could talk to her forever. So knowledgeable and helped me make choices that were out of my comfort zone but looked great on me. Will definitely ask for her next time I return to this store.

I highly recommend America’s Best for eye exams, contact lenses and eye glasses. I had a Saturday appointment and it went very efficiently. I was very confident about my eye exams . The staff was friendly and Quasia , who assisted me through the purchase process was exceptionally helpful. Thank you

I was impressed with the efficiency of booking a same day remote appointment online. Unfortunately, once I arrived it seems that I could only be seen by a doctor in person because even though I am a contact lens wearer, I am a new patient here & this is required. This should be explicitly stated on your booking site. Thank goodness I didn't take off work to come today or I would have been extremely agitated. Please don't allow new patients to book remote appointments if they must be seen by an in person doctor. This is very inconsiderate of one's time and disappointing to say the least. I will say that Michelle at the reception desk was very kind and empathetic. She was absolutely wonderful, and even checked to see if the other appointments had confirmed so I could possibly be seen anyways (they had). She is the only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1. I did not return here because I do not like my time to be wasted. Instead, I made an appointment with MyEyeDr which is just right around the corner in the little strip of shops behind Starbucks in Colonial Heights. Dr. Grimes & every single person I encountered there were fantastic. Plus, I actually got to see her in person. Do yourself a favor & go see the team over there instead.
