Had an Appt for 9:15. Dr wasn’t even in yet so the clerk called her and was asking questions about my vision over the phone. Highly unprofessional. Both clerks said she’s late all the time. This was Colonial Heights. I came here because the Dr at Chester is rude
Shout out to Alicia and the rest of the staff! They are some of the nicest and hardest-working women I’ve ever met. From the moment I walked in, their warm and friendly energy made my experience unforgettable. I couldn’t help but have a smile on my face the entire time I was there. Their professionalism and kindness truly stand out. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone—5/5 stars without a doubt!
The staff is all so sweet, professional, nice, accommodating. The Drs are patient, kind, they don't push for you anything you don't want. They take their time with you despite how busy they are. They are one of the few places still willing to take the government insurances (Medicaid and etc). Personally this is my second year with them and I won't be changing unless I have to.
Today I visited Legacy Eye Care for my 7 year old daughter to get glasses and she was seen by Alicia and when I tell you it was the best experience ever for my daughter very first eye exam she was very patient and had the best personality I thank her so much and I highly recommend Legacy Eye Care.
I couldn't of found a better Optometrist! Dr.Nwaohuocha was the kindest Doctor I've met since I've moved in this area. She's very knowledgeable and helpful. She gave me great advice as well as answered all of my questions before I could ask her! She's very attentive and uses her time as well as mines wisely. And last be not least, her staff/team is incredible. Very kind and helpful, considerate and very understanding! I recommend Legacy Eye Care to be your first choice 😊
