Love them!! The ladies at the front desk are very kind and personable! Dr. Farley does an amazing job with my son who can be very fidgety and chatty! He’s very patient and doesn’t mind his 100 questions, touching things and talks sports with him! Very comforting!
Dr Ho is a great eye doctor but the Quality of the lenses I purchased back in October is horrible. I had the left lens fixed. It lasted two months when I went to take them back. The lady told me that they had had a bad batch of lunges and now the place that makes the lenses is blaming me because they’re messed up again, which is not true. I wear my glasses every day and they stay on my night stand at night. Now they are trying to charge me an additional $68 for an extended warranty when I haven’t even owned them for four year
Saw Doctor Ellen Ho who I believe is excellent at her profession. I would recommend her to anyone. Everyone seems very efficient.
They gave me the wrong prescription and they said both of my eyes were the same when I know for a fact that vision is worse in one eye and it’s the one that I have an astigmatism in. They are unprofessional and the fact that I paid money for something incorrect is outrageous. They are more concerned about getting customers in and out then actually taking the time to confirm the accuracy of the Inform that WILL affect your life. I WANT MY MONEY BACK OR A NEW PRESCRIPTION. Next time if you aren’t sure, ASK SOMEONE ELSE TO DO IT. Do not just put anything down. I have been calling, of course no call back. After I get in touch with ROBIN, I will edit this to see what we can do about this. If not, then I’ll go to the BBB.
Went to Dr Feb. 17 glasses oedered, was told 3 week for delivery. After waiting one mont, went by the office and was told there was a problem with the glasses and they needed to send back to the lab, Waited another 3 weeks and didnt hear anything. stopped by the office and they said the glasses were there that they didnt have to send them back?????? The lady gave me the glasses and i immediatley notices a scratch in the center of one lens. The lady asked if i wanted to have them replaced. Now i am waiting again for the glasses. Contemplating telling them to keep them and going somewhere elese. either way, i will not be returning. lost a long time customer!
