Today I visited this location due to my glasses breaking. Erica and Dwayne had amazing customer service. I felt welcomed when entering and Erica helped me to make the best selection using my warranty even though the frames had been discontinued. I was able to pick my glasses up within an hour and did not have to pay any out of pocket expenses. Thank you both for your amazing service. I will definitely return again.

I had never been there before but my family has. They came recommended. Erika was amazing. She was in training. Very professional, kind and understanding about my indecisions. Handled a rude customer very respectful. I would give her 10 stars. Thank you!

10 outta 10 recommend. I came in the guy who helped me was very very helpful and then my glasses were literally ready within 10 mins kinda crazy. But they have a wide selection of frames and pretty quick on getting same day glasses.

The SLOWEST experience of my life. I have bought cars faster than we were able to buy a pair of glasses. With a massive line of people waiting, they’re busy polishing lenses and “fixing” a locked up computer while 3 others are wide open for use. Probably the least efficient process I’ve ever witnessed. It takes them 20 minutes to get the glasses ready once you’ve paid them, but it has been an hour + just to get through the retail aspect… smh

The good folks at Eyemart helped us out while on vacation! Chris and the other great folks got me fixed up with new glasses in an emergency! You would be wise to give them a try!
