Dr. Gupta is a extradinary Eye Surgeon. He genuinely cares about his patients and goes the extra mile for their wellbeing. Ashley, his right hand Office Manager, is fantastic. She is always willing to help however she can. Dr. Gupta's staff is wonderful. I highly recommend his practice. Dr. Toby Patricia Chittum
I called today, May 22, 2026 to schedule my first appointment with Dr. Gupta because I’ve heard nothing but good things about the Doctor. As I was on the phone with the receptionist, I was explaining to her about the health issues I was having because of my eyes and I have Several autoimmune diseases and was concerned about what’s going on With my eyes. Also, I was talking to her about my insurance because I wanted to be sure it would be covered by their office. At no time did she tell me her phones were ringing off and that she would have to go. All of A sudden a woman got on the phone and very abruptly and rudely yelled at me and asked me do you need an appointment and I said who are you, she said I am the manager and you have kept my employee on the phone for 11 minutes and the phones are ringing off. She was so rude and nasty now I have to decide if I really wanna go to that Doctor Office just because of her. I told her at any time your employee could’ve said I have to go. I have other calls, but she did not. The woman that answered the phone was very nice but the woman that’s running this Office that says she’s the manager. She’s nasty and rude. I should not be working with customers in that type of an environment! I told her that she was nasty and rude, and that I would be reporting it to Dr. Gupta when he gets back from his vacation. It’s really sad and today’s world how these people in the medical field think they can treat us and talk to us any way they want to she should be fired.
Awesome Eye Doctor & Staff! I have been a patient of Dr. Gupta's for many years. Dr. Gupta is patient, explains everything in a way its easy to understand. Every exam is thorough. Dr. Gupta is very personable, attentive, professional & genuinely cares about his patients. I have referred family & friends to this practice. Let's not leave out his staff is always pleasant, delightful and welcoming. I will continue to recommend this practice to anyone looking for an awesome doctor and exceptional eye care.
Ashley is my ray of sunshine when I visit the practice. I've been with Dr. Gupta for more than 25 years and plan to continue until he retires or I expire. You don't have to sell the practice when the service and professionalism are top-notched.
No issues with the Doctor or his staff. Clean office, friendly staff, wait times can vary, if there's an emergency - Totally understandable. They answer phones promptly & Ashley is a wonderful asset to the front. Always helpful, if she can't Fix it- she will direct you to who will help.
