We came here twenty minutes before closing time. We were treated very well, and without any level of difficulty, I got three pairs of my glasses fixed with new cases and no charge!! Thank you so much. Also I want to say that I have done their deal where you get two pairs of glasses and an exam for one fixed price. Yes, you can always add on. But it is not their fault. If you choose to continue adding on.

Automated calling system letting you know the contacts are in doesn't call or goes straight to spam blocked instantly by the phone and no voice message to call back. Lots of customers were calling in while I was waiting for my prescription to be finalized saying the same complaint so its a known issue. The store doesn't call you because they use a corporate auto calling system. The Lynnwood store confirmed that it happens a lot but corporate has no idea. I asked to document it on my file since I called and they will not so now I have to call corporate instead of them calling their IT support or letting their head office know. Dr. Xiang Jun Dong was just ok I spent more time with the prep lady who was exceptional. The Dr. saw me for the least amount of time possible like less than 5 minutes I had to ask for any suggestions from a professional we only see these doctors once a year. I asked does she recommend lasik and do my eyes look healthy? I'll pass for next time. I paid cash and didn't get great service. Gavrie working in the glasses section was very professional amazing service. The Dr. and front desk need to do better but seems like a corporate issue. If my contacts were just sitting there the store could have called after a week. Clearly your customer needs to know. Basic communication is greatly appreciated. UPDATE: The front desk gentleman was lovely when I picked up the contacts sample. The other one was being basic and that's ok. I think if corporate fixed their internal phone dialing issues perhaps he would like his job better. It can't be easy hearing frustrated customers all day over something you have no control over.
Ehhh... eye exam was good I just didn't understand the contact lens trial use part.... I've been wearing contacts 10 years now so what am I gona find out about them since I asked for the same brand I've been using the last 2 years?? Got exam n now im waiting for the trial lenses to come in.... to get the script.... kinda irritating... I probably won't go back to them for any thing else as I usually get my contacts from Costco... so yeah
I went to American Best Eyeglasses in Lynnwood after seeing their advertisement for *two pairs of glasses for $95*. That ad is very misleading. I ended up spending **over $500**, and the experience has been nothing but frustrating. After eye exam, they gave me **two pairs of progressive lenses**—one for reading and one for driving—but both made me nauseous and dizzy every time I wore them. When I went back to explain the issue, instead of checking whether their prescription was wrong or if there was a misdiagnosis, they simply switched the lenses to standard ones. The replacement glasses still **do not work**. They are honestly no better than my natural eyesight, and I’m left with expensive glasses I can’t use. Don’t be misled by the advertisement. My experience has been disappointing, costly, and extremely frustrating. My eyes might be damaged by these glasses as it is further declined since.
I came in to get new glasses for my son and was disappointed with the customer service. The associate who helped me, Jennifer, did not greet us and immediately asked, “What are you here for?” The interaction felt rude and unwelcoming from the start. What was especially frustrating was that she was friendly and welcoming to the customer immediately after us, which made the experience feel dismissive and uncomfortable. I hope the store addresses consistency in customer service.
