SCAM BY SALESPEOPLE TO EARN COMMISSIONS. I went to America's Best to use the insurance I purchased directly through them, only to find out it wasn't independent of my vision insurance (which I unfortunately lost due to external reasons). Terrible experience. After the salespeople overcharge you, give you smooth talk, and try to inflate your bill, they don't even honor what you bought or explain anything properly. Stay away!
Awesome! Great customer service! The staff were very knowledgeable, kind and very fun! They were patient as there are a billion very cool glasses in there and they helped me narrow down my choices! So, yes, thank you. Will return and am actually looking forward to it!
Quick service, overall recommend Eyemed needed $10 copay for exam Patrick was super chill but professional and direct. Front desk was slightly judgy or something in a weird way. The sales associate was on point with customer service and ease.
Eye doctor was great, as was his assistant that did the exam. One of the lady's who works at one of the desks there told me my glasses would be ready on a certain date and to come by then to pick them up. That's all the information I was given. I come back on the date she said to. (2 weeks after my exam) I was told they didn't have my glasses and couldn't tell me when they would get them in. But that I would get a text when they were ready. My biggest complaint, is why tell someone to come on a certain date but not tell them they would get a text or email when they are ready to be picked up. Getting my glasses from them when they are ready. But will not be returning.
Thanks to the young lady that helped me with a new frame today really appreciate it . .went to a few places before visiting here no luck.
