Jen, Kaur & Adriana were efficient and friendly. Got in & Got out promptly. I still don't like the little "Puff" in the eyes 👀 ~ Its like someone spit in your face, Yuck. The reason I removed a star 🌟 is because of the very uncomfortable low lying metal chairs 💺 for waiting.

If I could give 10 stars I would because the customer service that I received esp the last two days was phenomenal. I had gone to Cascade Eye on 6/1 for my eye exam as they were approved by my insurance and went to America's Best to get my glasses, not thinking that there was anything wrong with my prescription. However, within a day of getting my glasses, I started to get a migraine, and thought it was possibly due to the weather being so how. But througout the week at work, I kept having headaches/migraines, with blurry vision at times, vertigo and depth perception being off. That is when I figured out that something was wrong not with the glasses itself but the prescription. I took my glasses in on Saturday (6/20) and explained to them what was going on. They made me feel so heard, and understood about what I was going through. They also looked at the prescription I have with my old glasses (I didnt get the glasses there, but at a different place) and they agreed something was not right. I was given the option of me calling Cascade on Monday and letting them know about the issues that I was having so that they could schedule me an appointment and get it fixed or see one of their doctors and pay for the eye exam. Knowing that it would probably would have taken two months for me to get into Cascade, I said I will pay the money for the eye exam. I went back a couple of hours for my appointment and happened to print up a copy of the prescription just in case, which was good because their system went down. As I was doing the first part of the exam, I did one part of the eye test with my old prescription glasses and then to be able to see the difference, I used the new prescription, and the tech could tell right away that the prescription was off because I had trouble seeing and I had to hold onto the wall just to be able to stand because I was so unsteady. When I saw Dr. Kim, she was fantastic and was also puzzled why they would give me an incorrect prescription instead of the right one that I needed and told me that yes they needed to increase my prescription instead of decrease it like the doctor at Cascade did. When I went in this afternoon, they greeted me by name, made sure that I was doing good because they could tell that I had been stressed out about what was going on and I had told them I was afraid someone was going to think it was all in my head and they were like no, you were right to come in and get it resolved. They gave me the copy of my new prescription, ordered my glasses with the correct lenses and I felt so much relief. I wish my insurance was accepted (military insurance) but after the issue I had with Cascade and getting the wrong prescription, next time I am due for an eye exam, I will gladly pay out the $80 out of pocket than risk going to a place where they gave me the wrong prescription that caused headaches/migraines for a week.
Great customer service from the receptionist Wendy, such a friendly and helpful person! The exam room and sales person as well. They were very helpful throughout the process of purchasing eyeglasses and offering me different add ons that you could include to your eyeglasses! I felt very welcomed and the team did a great job at helping me! 10/10 service would definitely purchase and have an exam here again.
I took the last available appt on a Friday: 5:50pm. It's only about a 13 min drive from work and I was off at 5:30. However, we ended up with hard rain that afternoon and I arrived 4 minutes late do to the major traffic it created. I was told that they only give a 5 minute grace period and that they would not be able to take me. It's amazing to me in this day and age... and economy, how poorly some businesses continue to operate. I don't need your corporate contact information. They read these. I won't ever use America's Best in the future, because they're not.
While the optometrist herself was kind, the front desk staff and opticians are severely lacking in customer service skills. After my eye exam, I sat and waited for quite some time without acknowledgement. This place has a very chaotic feel like an assembly line. I had tried to provide a copy of my insurance card at the front desk when I checked in and the girl just looked at it and gave it back to me. When I finally was helped by an optician, she was cold and unwelcoming. She was unable to verify my insurance and I was told that someone would call me in the morning. No one called and I had to reach back out the next afternoon and they still havent verified my insurance. Whoever was answering the phones was conpketely unsure how to help. What is needed at this location is some basic customer service training as well as guidance on professional presentation. They all looked a mess. I will be telling my daughter to get an eye exam elsewhere for a better experience. Oh, and they won't provide measurements for pupillary distance unless you buy glasses there on site. Americas Best...train your employees better. This place feels dingy and sad.
