From the minute, I walked in the door. Everyone was extremely professional. The gentleman greeted me asked me if I needed help. I said yes he helped me. I have a broken wrist so he helped me fill out the information on my phone except for the private information, the young lady took me back for my eye exam she was very thorough. I was very impressed with Dr Cho When I finished my exam, I went out to pick my frames and the same gentleman that helped me at the front desk came over and was a great help and assisted me in picking the best frames for my face which I was extremely appreciative and then he helped me get everything set up long with making sure I had everything I wanted and at was a price point that would work for me. I have to apologize I just can't remember names right now but you guys know who you are. My apologies for not getting your names correct but you all were wonderful.

I had an excellent experience with the entire office. Everyone was friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The staff took the time to answer all of my questions, made me feel comfortable throughout my visit, and provided outstanding customer service. They were also very helpful in assisting me with choosing the perfect frames for my eyeglasses. It's clear that they genuinely care about their patients. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality eye care and exceptional service!

Fantastic experience! I was greeted immediately and instructed how to start shopping for frames while waiting for my exam. The exam was great, the doctor was friendly, efficient, and explained everything. Afterward, I enjoyed customizing my lenses and frames with the associate who helped me finalize my order. It was my first time getting an eye exam, prescription, and glasses. Wonderful experience, HIGHLY recommended!

I stopped into Visionworks with my prescription to pick out a pair of glasses. I was greeted by staff as soon as I walked in and was satisfied by the variety of glasses in all price points. Once I picked a pair out, staff were quick to help me and offered transparency in the prices of lenses. I didn’t feel pressured to upgrade to fancier lenses like some other vision centers try to do. Overall, great store location, friendly and knowledgeable service, and fast pickup times, I got my glasses in under a week!

This Visionworks location is wonderful - friendly and professional staff. I arrived 30 minutes early and was still seen immediately. Check-in was super easy and quick. The doctor was great! Everything was explained to me completely and comprehensively. The help I received choosing a new pair of glasses was exceptional. (pssst... VSP and Visionworks partner together in a great way and the prices are terrific.)
