I came in with my glasses, which had been run over, and completely ruined. I spoke with Phillip and he said it is.possible to fix them. They are now better than before! He was able to fix and straiten them completely! I am more than a little bewildered and thankful, for how I was treated and taken care of with my glasses and situation. Thank you, for your help and assistance!

I had a great experience at LensCrafters in the Tacoma Mall! I went in for an eye exam, purchased a new pair of glasses, and the entire process was smooth and professional. What really stood out was the customer service. One of the staff members took the time to fix my old glasses and even cleaned them for free. That level of care and attention is hard to find and made a big difference. Everyone was friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. I never felt rushed, and they made sure I was taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for quality service and a great overall experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Great service from - LensCrafters (Salesperson: 497112_Phillip) I want to recognize Phillip for OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE at your store. (Tacoma, WA) I came in very undecided about progressive lenses since it's my first pair, and I had a lot of concerns about adaptation and driving safety. Phillip handled my situation with real patience and expertise. He walked me through on what to expect, reassured me about the "swimmy feeling," and make sure I understood how the lenses work before I committed. I also decided to add AI features to my prescription glasses and Phillip guided me through that option as well. Because of his help, I left feeling confident instead of anxious. Once again excellent customer service!!!!!

I've been a patient and member of this specific location for some years now. Upon my returning to True vision/LensCrafters, I was left more than impressed with their growth since my last visit. From the receptionist to the Doctor conducting the exam, the True Visuon team was fun and very informative. The LC team was wonderful in their own right especially Lilly. She was knowledgeable, friendly, has a great sense of humor as well as impeccable taste in frames. I cannot speak any more highly of the staff and experience at Tacoma Mall. Thank you all.

Dr Kim and all the amazing stuff that work at this place are very knowledgeable of eye care. This place has all the latest machine to test your eyes,thus helping them to provide you with a very detailed eye exam and care . I would highly recommend this place for all your eye care. It's located at Tacoma mall building.
