The staff is nice and friendly from check in to checking out. Dr. Johnson is the best and very knowledgeable! They also try and help you save as much money as possible if they can. I’ve never had an issue during any of my visits over the years! Job well done Amerine Eye Care WLR.
Staff is friendly and helpful. The doctor seemed knowledgeable. Have been coming here for a few years without any problems. Unfortunately today was the exception. Had to wait approx 2.5 hrs past my appointment to see the doctor. Hope it was just an unusually rare occasion for them.
I didn't have a long wait time, was taking back pretty quick to start the testing, everyone was super nice professional I would recommend them to anyone.
I did not get a full eye exam. It seems as though I pissed Dr Clem off when I didn't want to sign up immediately for Cataract Surgery with his choice of opthalmologist, he seemed very upset with me and did not complete the exam. I fully intend to inform the following: #1 My Insurance Co. #2 the Better Business Bureau of Little Rock. #3 Atty General of AR.
We were well attended to. The staff , the doctor were thorough in their job plus the clinic is well equiped with latest diagnostic tools and equipments. Me and my husband were very satisfied with their service for the past 3 yrs now.
