We have been patients at Andover Optical for several years, and I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Amanda R. Stoltman. She is incredibly thorough, but what we love most is how she interacts with my kids. She treats them like "real humans" and has an awesome way of making them feel comfortable. I especially love that she always asks the children if they have any questions before turning to the adults—it’s such a small gesture that makes a huge difference in their experience. Her bedside manner is truly top-tier. If you’re looking for a family-friendly eye doctor, she and the whole team at Andover Optical is the absolute best!

Staff helped me choose my new glasses I really enjoyed having others give me their opinions on them it really helped I was in between 8 different pairs 😆 but they helped narrow it down. I hope the staff know how much they are appreciated to bad I had to edit my review I got seriously faulty glasses from here and instead of taking responsibility for them they want me to buy a new pair why in the hell should I pay for them your supplier seriously screwed up my lenses are peeling
Patients should always be informed about their options and any associated cost. Andover optical charged me 40$ for "retinal photos" instead of dilation, knowing it's not covered by insurance and never discussed my options or extra charges. Just did it like it was normal and then charged me. The clinic left a lot to be desired, It was dingy and outdated which made me question the quality of care. I expected a more professional environment.
Made an appointment on November 20 for Dec 30. Took the morning off work and when I got to the clinic they said sorry we don't see you scheduled, nothing we can do. So lost out on using my benefits for the year.
