As a new patient seeking urgent care for a medical condition outside of normal office hours Dr. Andre was accessible via his emergency contact, he triaged my condition with a few simple questions, addressed contingencies if needed before I saw him, and made himself available to me as a walk-in during his next office availability. It was nice to see the office using electronic forms. I found Dr. Andre easy to talk to. Exam was thorough, comprehensive and courteous. Based on my experience I plan to use Dr. Andre for my future ophthalmology and optical needs.
