I been coming here for a couple years now. I never had a problem. Got my new lenses for my glasses here. The old pair were scratched. They were making my eyes hurt. The next day they were ready.

Poor customer service and low quality glasses that wasting my time. I went there a few times and eight out of ten I would have a really bad customer service. There is a staff and her attitude ruin my day. No smile, she's not even care for the customer. I ask her for more options, she take a quick glance under the table and tell me "there's no more" with a tone like "why are you so annoyed". Rude and uncaring.

They are crooked . They didn't answer my questions directly and right. I wanted to change the frame of my classes. She .. didn't say anything for few seconds ... then she said: if you want to do it , do it if not go somewhere else. Of course. My money I can bring to somewhere else. Very poor service. Rude people. Never come back.

Selling cheap glasses and always try to rip off every customer. I Won't go here again. If you have your eye exam from the store next to here, don't buy your glasses here, they will try to steal your money with fake stuff.
