Pros: - A decent selection of necessities - Amazon returns (limited) - Friendly and helpful employees - A few luxuries I've not seen in other exchanges (Suit shop, UPS dropoff center, etc.) - Overall cleanliness Cons: - The AT&T folks that bother you every time you go to Target? They're here, too, and dead center when you walk in so you can't avoid them. - The manager of the mall area is rude to employees in front of customers. - The only food options are less than healthy, and none of the healthy options are around for long.

This BX is in the process of renovation. It's a mess inside. Unlike a normal store where they make sure you barely notice the renovations the BX has stuff everywhere. It truly is disorganized and unprofessional. The staff doesn't know where anything is. I even spoke to someone at home and garden who said "those employees don't know anything". The food court was nice. About just as good as one at a mall. Not a ton of selection but seems good from what they have.

Thank you for your service to our great country… Air Force the mighty force. Number one the elite’s. I salute you. The Holy Bible states that a good name is far better than the price of rubies. “AIM High,” to all members of the United States Air Force, to all of our Veterans… I applaud and appreciate you…for all that you do. May our Heavenly Father continue to bless you, and all of your kinsmen and kinswomen, and to all whom you love and hold dear. I pray for you and your entire Family every day. //s// From the Desk of the Archbishop Dr. Marcia Karen Smith Abrams Almasi, PHD Stay Blessed/Stay Safe Always.

I think it's a nice place. I been to so many other places where they don't have anything. The people are friendly and helpful.

Large exchange with decent pistol inventory.  Friendly staff eager to help.  Exceptionally unique & creative concessionaires.  The food court is excellent.
