I, Leslie H. am very excited to leave a review referencing my experience with Eye Design. I stumbled across this place of business on google and needed a thorough eye exam and decided after reading the positive reviews that I too wanted to experience what others had experienced during their visits. I entered the establishment on crutches due to a ACL injury. I was greeted with smiles by the front desk personnel which made me feel so happy. As I proceeded to complete paperwork due to it being my first time there I was called back for my pre- screening without me having to wait no more than 10 minutes. The optometry technician was such a delight. He was very professional and had the most wonderful customer service and care that I’ve ever witnessed. He made me laugh as he started my visual testing. It actually took the edge off of things from the hustle and bustle of me experiencing pain involving my injury. For the first time I was excited about having an eye exam. I can’t leave out Dr. Burns and his expertise in eye care. He completed my examination and was so so so thorough in making certain that I had a great understanding about my exam. He was professional and caring and treated me with the utmost respect. I advanced from being a patient to family. Last but not least was the young lady that assisted in my eyewear fitting was exceptional as well. Patient and customer service oriented. She didn’t rush and took her time and made me feel comfortable about my purchase. I am very anxious about returning and receiving my glasses ordered. All I can say is WOW. I've been a patient of Dr. Burns for several years now. He just gets better with time. His exams are thorough and he takes the time to explain your test, diagnosis and answers any questions that I have in a pleasant but detailed manner. Dr. Burns is without a doubt one of my favorite doctors and I've recommended him to my mom last year and she's happy with him as well. If your looking for great eye care, I would highly recommend Dr. Burns.

I’ve been going to Dr. Burns for 20 years. I initially found him through a believe back then it was called checkbook or something close to that. It was a local survey of businesses and he was rated as one of the best optometrist to go to in the area. Well, they were spot on. All of the staff are friendly and professional. Always greeting me and asking me how I am. Especially Donato, optometry technician and Dr. Burns. Very engaging and relatable. But above all professional and competent. Dr. Burns treats all kinds of eye conditions. If you’re looking for an optometrist to trust with your eye issues, you cannot go wrong with Dr. Burns and staff.

This was my first time working with Chanell Grant, she was welcoming, professional, efficient, and clearly cares about her work. I had a fantastic experience. Can't wait to pickup glasses in 2 weeks. Thanks Eye Design.
