We recently visited Dr. Nathaniel McKay, OD in the Ft. Washington, MD office for an eye exam needed to renew our driver’s licenses. Since my husband had LASIK four years ago, we also needed a doctor’s letter for the renewal process. We arrived right at 8 a.m., and Dr. McKay was ready to see us immediately. He provided a thorough exam, explained everything clearly, and made the process very smooth. Dr. McKay is friendly, professional, and attentive—definitely a great addition as a newer doctor in this community. The front desk staff, Nouvo (pardon me if I misspelled her name), was also excellent—warm, efficient, and quick with the paperwork. The office is well-kept and even offers a selection of eyeglass frames if you’d like to order glasses. Overall, we had a great experience and highly recommend Dr. McKay for anyone looking for quality eye care in the area.

I had a great experience with everyone in the office. The vibe was so personal and not rushed. Nafo at the from desk was so welcoming. And Barbara was very friendly and knowledgeable! Dr. McKay answered all my questions and he was so pleasant. Will be returning for my annual exam

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING STAFF!! This was my first time see this doctor since my original retired and I am completely satisfied with the services. Ms. Barbara was welcoming and sweet as pie. The moment I walked in Dr. McKay and Ms. Barbara gave me the warmest greetings. I definitely recommend!!

Just met my new eye doctor and I am happy. After having the same doctor since I was 6 years old I was a little worried, but I can now say that I am happy glad!!! Dr. McKay made me feel so comfortable. I know that I am in good care. 👍🏾
