Grocery pickup is absolutely ridiculous. Checked in and waited for close to an hour while people that arrived after me got their groceries. Asked one worker to check on mine and was completely brushed off. Asked another and he went and checked on it. Not to mention I had 2 items out of stock but went in and found the “out of stock” items right where they should have been. Incompetent people!

Wal-Mart, it is somewhere you almost have to go to, but i still loathe going there. Prices are mostly great, some not, but they have a huge advantage over other businesses. They buy in very large quantities and can sell at.lower prices. So there is very little competition for.them. Nuff said..
My experience at Walmart was terrible. The customer service was some of the worst I’ve ever experienced. Employees were rude, unhelpful, and acted like helping customers was an inconvenience. I spent a long time trying to get assistance, and when I finally did, no one seemed to know what they were doing. The store was disorganized, and the overall experience was frustrating from start to finish. I left feeling ignored and disappointed. I definitely expected much better service and will think twice before shopping here again.
Very busy. Lots of empty shelves. Too many products locked up! So I didn't get some things I wanted. Who wants to wait for an employee to unlock a display and then feel rushed while they wait to lock the cabinet. I realize it's for theft prevention, but come on! The entire cosmetics department was under lock an key. We got what some of what we needed and left.
Worst Walmart experience I’ve ever had. An employee with red hair kicked us out because my service animal barked one time. Instead of approaching the situation with professionalism or basic human decency, she immediately became rude and confrontational. It felt more personal than policy. I understand stores have rules, but embarrassing customers over one bark from a trained service animal is ridiculous. Management needs to retrain staff on customer service and disability/service animal awareness because this was beyond disrespectful
