I NEVER leave bad reviews, however, I feel like this one is necessary. I had an appointment at 1:30, got called back within minutes- the first person called back. The dr wasn’t even there until 2 walked in talking about how bad traffic was, she went into the room beside me. Didn’t come to see me until 2:45. I had a new insurance card so she did an eye exam then dilated my eyes and told me to go get my card and take it upfront then she would look at my eyes again and get me contacts. (Sent me outside with no sunglasses after dilating eyes) This was about 3:15. Then I sat there and waited. She went in the room with 2 different patients. At 3:50 I walked out. My husband went in and told the receptionist I was leaving and she said you have to understand we have more patients than her… while that is true I feel like if she for one showed up on time and two seen one patient at a time she would have had us all in and out in all that time I was there. Also while I was there a lady that walked in at the same time as I did was STILL in the waiting room when I walked out and was never called back.

Went in for an eye exam in October. Waited 6 weeks for my glasses to come back in the wrong prescription they reset them off come back wrong prescription again made a new appointment. In February? Just to have her get an attitude and huffand puff at because I had my original prescription on while doing the eye exam. Then being towed after an hour and 15 minutes that I needed to wait a few more minutes for another patient. That was no problem, except she snapped back again with attitude in her voice my opinion, no patience. For other people,"time to retire"

Dr. Simms is very helpful, and she really cares about her patients. With eye injuries, she works as pain-free as possible, and very gentle. She knows what to do.
