I absolutely loved my experience with Dr. Vincent!! She is very thorough and actually takes the time to listen to the patient! I will continue to go to her from now on. The office is very cozy and I felt like I belonged there, not just a patient! The atmosphere is very upbeat, yet businesslike. Everyone makes you feel welcome. Thank you, for a wonderful experience!

(2/16/23) I called around and couldn't get in for 3 days. I called Dr. Vincent and she could get me in within hours. I set up an appointment with the wonderful receptionist\aid. During the call she told me what I would need to bring to make the visit faster (old glasses and contact Rx). When I got there, I had very little paperwork and soon the receptionist/aid was prechecking my eyes. Soon after I had a wonderful visit with Dr. Vincent, she was cheerful and knowlegable... She explained that, after I turned 40 eyes change, in a way that didn't sting. I left a happy customer.
This charming little hole in the wall outside of the Walmart was a good experience at first, until the optometrist's toddler grandson started bumping into the equipment and throwing things around during our exams. Long story short, my prescription ended up being wrong (due to the distraction I'm sure) and I had to reorder my glasses. Nice folks, but not competent enough to have patients. That said, they did seem fairly good at babysitting. Perhaps they should look into changing their business into a daycare.
Dr. Vincent is one of the most professional, caring optometrist I have ever known. She actually takes her time with her patients, makes you feel very comfortable and makes sure that you receive the best eye care and accurate prescription. She is a 10 out 5. I would totally recommend her to all my friends, family and to anyone who wants to receive excellent eye care.
I've been seeing Dr. Vincent for a few years now. She is very kind and patient in listening to any questions or concerns you have while still maintaining efficiency. The people working the front are also nice, but if you're sensitive like me it may seem like one of the ladies is being rude at times because she has a louder voice.
