We got the appointment at 9:50 we arrived by 9:35 and we are waiting on them to call us put they put us on hold for over 25 mins they tell me if we don't came on time they are about to cancel the appointment we came on time but they don't respect customers time and they make you wait without any notification but they got the authority to cancel your appointment. This s place its very unprofessional the other American Best Contacts places we been on we never got this type of issues. We are going back to the place we can get better treatment and better professionalism.

I had a great experience at America’s Best Eye Clinic! The whole process was smooth, from check-in to the exam. The staff was friendly and professional, and everything was well organized. I especially want to mention AJ—he was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the visit. His customer service really stood out and made the experience even better. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for quality eye care and excellent service!

UPDATE (from 1 star to 4): Ask for April!! She's the GM at this location and after seeing my initial 1 star review personally reached out to try and turn my experience around. She confirmed my benefits were in-network and offered to take care of me every step of the way for my appointment. She even helped me pick out new frames that I usually wouldn't have chosen! Original review: I scheduled an eye exam, but there was an issue finding my vision benefits. They could only find old vision plans of mine, but nothing current. After speaking with my insurer to verify my information, benefits, and the in-network status of the office, I called the office back to see if we could fix my problem. Unfortunately, I got Gael on the other end of the phone. He was unwilling to listen as I attempted to explain what my insurance company had told me and was very condescending when he told me my insurance company was probably confused and I needed to call them again. I hung up because I didn't appreciate being spoken to as if I'm not smart enough to understand what he was saying. I called the office again a couple of days later to once again attempt to solve my insurance problem. I got someone else on the phone who was very nice trying to help me, but after confirming who I was she had to "speak to the manager" and by the time she took me off hold, not only had they evidently finally found my benefits but my plan is "out of network" and I was informed I would not be able to be seen. My coworker who has the EXACT same vision plan as me had her eye exam done at an America's Best location three weeks ago and was in network, so I know that the plan is not out of network. If they're going to refuse to see me, there should at least be a believable reason.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to this time. Gael made the entire experience so easy and enjoyable that I almost forgot I was there to buy glasses. He was professional, patient, and somehow made talking about vision insurance interesting (which I didn’t think was possible 😂). He helped me find frames that actually fit my style, answered every question, and never made me feel pressured. I walked in hoping to get new glasses and walked out wondering if America’s Best hires people based on customer service… or charm. Either way, they made the right choice. If you visit this location, do yourself a favor and ask for Gael. You won’t regret it!

Everyone that helped me get as so kind and thoughtful. They helped me pick out two pair of glasses that were exactly what I was looking for and helped me with discounts which was incredible. I will absolutely return for any future glasses and appointments. I cannot express how kind and caring the staff is. My favorite glasses experience yet, and incredibly affordable!
