Although most of the staff here are kind and professional, my overall experience was very disappointing. During my eye exam with Dr. Torres, I did not feel that I was treated with care or respect. She came across as cold and distant, and the exam itself felt extremely rushed… almost as if she didn’t want to be there or didn’t want to conduct my exam. It left me feeling uncomfortable and unheard, which is not what anyone hopes for when trusting a doctor with their eye health. I was also concerned to see that none of the equipment was cleaned between patients. There were visible makeup and facial stains left on the machines, which felt unhygienic and concerning. Overall, I had hoped for a much better experience, especially given the expense and importance of proper eye care. Unfortunately, I left feeling rushed, unheard, and without confidence in the quality of their service.

Dr. Torres is the best optometrist I've ever had. She is nothing but caring for her patients and remembers everyone. She is careful to make sure you get the right prescription needed for your eyes and that the glasses or contacts you get fit right and comfortably. I have never had a problem here and would recommend her to anyone I can.

Horrible. If I could give 0 stars I would. The girls at the front desk and very nice and friendly however Dr. Torres is horrible with children. She wrote off my daughter from the moment she sat in the chair. My daughter was beyond excited and ready for her “big girl glasses” however, Dr. Torres had ZERO patience and acted as if she was annoyed to be sitting in front of a child. Of course for a kid some big machines and putting drops in their eyes is scary! Repeatedly saying “she’s just not ready” and giving a child dirty looks does NOT help! My daughter was doing so good for her age but you (Dr. Torres) have ruined her excitement when it comes to visiting an eye doctor. I hope you specify going forward that you do not like doing pediatrics and allow them to have their first visit be with someone who is exciting, understanding, loving, and patient! Please do not bring your kids here!

As a photographer, I rely upon my eyes to make my living. I wouldn't trust them to just anyone. Dr. Torres' #1 focus is on my eye health, and also takes great care of my children and my mom. Some eye doctors get their education, open a business and never learn another thing. I love it that Dr. Torres is fully committed to learning about all the new techniques, products, and procedures. Her eyeglass selection is fantastic, carrying all the premium brands (Gucci, Coach, Versace), affordable glasses and contact lens brands. 5 stars.

Dr. Torres was rude and condescending towards me. It took a really long time for her to find a contact that fit comfortably in my eye but she made it seem like I was being picky. I felt like it was unprofessional. The front desk is also a little unorganized and miscommunicated several times about whether or not my contacts were ready for pick up.
