They ladies in the office were great!! Very helpful and professional.They lady that helped with my insurance stuff talked tom my grandson asked him about school she was very sweet and nice. The other lady let us know that we could look around at frames and she would be happy to help us when we got ready to order glasses very sweet and nice also. The dr was late and in a hurry to leave. That is all I am saying about him. They ladies in the office deserve 5 stars the dr 2 stars.

Dr. Appel is an excellent testament for his profession. I have been going to him for all my eye exams, eye glasses and contacts for over 10 years.

There wasn't a long wait, which is always a plus. The people were friendly and patient. They had the perfect frames for my small face.

Great experience! Eye doctor is super nice and extremely patient as I fumbled my way through “which is clearer”… poor guy… I will definitely see him and his staff again! They were friendly and great!

I had a fantastic visit at Dr. Appel’s office at Pearle Vision in Madison. Ms. Mary and Ms. Donna were absolutely wonderful—friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. The pricing was fair, and the service was professional from start to finish. Dr. Appel is a true pro. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable and informed the whole way through. Highly recommend this location for anyone needing eye care or new glasses! 👓
