Dr was not willing to prescribe a different type of eye drop allergy medication due to a national shortage of the current eye medication. Instead referred to purchase an otc eye drop which is extremely expensive and not affordable.

The vision doctor himself was very nice and helpful. The old lady nurse/receptionist (white haired one as there is another slightly old lady there) was a rude ***** that was not kind or helpful at all. I chose not to get glasses there and just get an exam because of her. The selection of glasses wasn't that great either and the costs were pretty high even with my vision insurance. I arrived about 30 minutes before my appointment just because I figured there would be a wait and have to fill out paperwork, but was still there for about an hour after my appointment time. Do not put down your email address whenever you fill out forms because they immediately sell your information (without your permission) and you start getting spam emails.
I came to this place in June for contact lenses. They gave me a sample pair saying they had to order the lenses and would call me when they came in. Well they didn’t call. I called them and they said the lenses were on back order and gave me more samples. Again they said they would call when they came in. Still no call. So I called again and they said an order was coming in tomorrow but tomorrow hasn’t shown up yet. Now when I call all I get is a busy signal or the phone just rings. And per my insurance company I can’t go anywhere else until June of next year but my samples have run out. #horrible
Worst. Experience. Ever. Small selection, unhelpful staff, borderline rude doctor. I ordered contacts AFTER also purchasing glasses for myself and my 2 children. They promptly took my money, and now, over two months later, I not only haven't received my contacts, but I have tried to get a refund to no avail. Apparently only one person in the whole office can do anything with refunds or accounts, and she is always out. I have left no fewer than 7 messages, both on the phone and in person, and have not received a single return phone call. I may have to sue in small claims to get any of my money, but I certainly will register a complaint with the State. This place should be shut down.
Please spare yourself the grief of going here. I was happy with my eye exam, but the customer service is among the worst I've ever seen. I ordered contacts and was told they would arrive within a week. It's almost 6 weeks later, and I'm still waiting. Last week, I got fed up (I probably could have walked them to my house from California faster) and requested a refund. Yeah, I'm still waiting on that too. No phone calls. No apologies. No shame. I think small claims court will have to be my next option. I don't even want to think about how this is going to mess me up with my FSA, as this is the last day of the year with no resolution. A horrible, terrible, no good, very bad experience!
