Every experience I’ve had with this group of folks has been nothing but the best! I’ve been going to them for years and every Dr I’ve visited is very empathetic and educational. Their scheduling process is amazing and their pricing is extremely fair! 100% recommend!
Arbor eye always offers great service. The staff is knowledgeable and nice. They have a great selection of frames and specifically carry a brand that has magnetic clip-on sun glasses which are the only kind of frame I can use. Overall always a great experience.
I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Michaela Novak at Arbor Eye Center. She is incredibly positive, kind, and professional. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and well cared for. Dr. Novak truly listens and takes the time to understand your concerns. She was very patient and thorough, especially when capturing images of my eyes—making sure everything was done carefully and accurately. I really appreciate how efficient yet attentive she is. It’s rare to find someone who balances both so well. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for excellent eye care in Northwest Austin!
Arbor eye center has been my center for about 7 years. Super friendly staff with amazing bedside manners. Dr Ellen Crothers is very thorough in everything she does. She takes her time to explain things, does not rush the appointment and spends time explaining and answering any concerns or questions. I tried other clinics before. They were nice but never as thorough. Thanks Arbor Eye Center for all those years of treating me and taking care of me
Had a great first visit at Arbor Eye. I came in with a lot of changes with my eyes and vision and had to change practices due to my previous doctor’s closing. Frank was fabulous. He was so nice and explained everything to me and answered all my questions. Dr. Novak was wonderful. She patiently listed to my laundry list of eye and vision changes I’ve had recently and spent so much time with me checking my vision, doing all the other eye tests, answering all my questions, and discussing all my options with me. It was such a lovely experience, and I look forward to having this practice take care of all my eye and vision needs. Thank you!
