I had an amazing experience at Arbor! I had an eye emergency and they were able to accommodate me with a same-day appointment even though I was not an established patient. From the moment I checked in, the entire team was welcoming, professional, and compassionate. The process was smooth and efficient. The eye doctor took the time to thoroughly evaluate my concerns and explain everything clearly. I am incredibly grateful for the care I received and the urgency with which they helped me. It's rare to find a practice that combines excellent customer service with such high-quality medical care. I would 100% recommend Arbor to anyone looking for exceptional eye care. Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful experience!

I was a patient for many years even after Dr. Duvall sold the practice. Last year, Dr. Dale performed cataract surgery on my eyes. I felt my vision was just fine before the surgery and since I’ve had that surgery, I have experienced all kinds of eye issues and tomorrow I’m going in for my third surgery to correct what Dr. Dale did to my eyes. I do not recommend this practice to anybody if you need surgery. The optometrist there were nice and I like the optometrist I see but if you need surgery go somewhere else I do not recommend this place at all.

I am very pleased with my visit today, from beginning to end. Very professional and friendly, from all staff I had an encounter with. Dr Troyer was very thorough. Office was clean, nice choices of frames. Overall pleasant experience!

Dr. Dale is always the best, and today I met Trinity and they were amazing. I am not sure I have ever felt quite that understood by anyone taking care of my eyes, and I have been wearing glasses since I was eleven months old. I am not sure what path they are headed on but hopefully they continue to listen the way I was heard today. An amazing day.

I rarely give 5 stars! I learned about Dr. Dale when she gave a presentation at our local senior center. I have used Dr. Troyer and Dr. Dale did my cataract surgery. I have never had such a well run group. From scheduling, from the front office staff. I was so well informed on what to expect at every step of preop, surgery, post op and follow up. I can’t recommend this group enough. I am so grateful I found them.
