I have seen many, many eye doctors and have never felt as welcomed or comfortable than I did at Newvision Eyecare. Dr. Kerry Moscovitz was amazing! He is direct, but kind and caring. I highly, highly, highly recommend this location for eye care!
My 6 year old son had an injury that didn’t seem bad the day of, but he woke up in agony. I was afraid urgent care would be ill equipped so I just crossed my fingers and showed up on the doorstep when they opened. They got us right in and were so good with him, who was obviously terrified having never seen an eye doctor before. They removed the debris, showed me the lesion and placed a bandage contact, the doctor was super gentle and took the time to explain everything. The contact had to be removed the following day and the doctor didn’t work that day but he came in special just for us. 10/10, highly recommend- we felt like family there!
My son developed an overnight massive swollen eye. I texted the practice at 6:15am and had a response at 6:30am with an available appointment at 10am! I was beyond impressed by Ms Ray (office manager’s) responsiveness. Dr. Moscovitz took great care in addressing my son’s stye. The above is a recent experience. Otherwise can’t say enough about Ms. Katie. She’s been so patient and so sweet with my boys who needed new glasses and adjustments to their glasses after receiving it. They are not at all pushy to buy glasses from them. However I chose to for my youngest as it his first time wearing glasses and Ms. Katie showed him dinosaur ones he loved and patiently did a couple adjustments. Ms. Amy has been also playful when doing their machine tests and showing my kids stuff “behind the scenes”, ie imagery they see. Last, but not least Dr. Moscovitz and Dr. Lee are phenomenal. We moved our kids to Newvision last year to see Dr. Lee after I had great experiences and cannot be happier.
Newvision Eyecare provides exceptional eyecare. Dr. Moscovitz has been my optometrist for years; he is knowledgeable, skilled and very caring. My family and I highly recommend Newvision and his staff.
I have been visiting this office for over 12 years. Dr. Kerry is super knowledgeable, friendly and patient. His staff are amazing. Every appointment is smooth with reminders and followups.
