I’m a first time patient at Issaquah Vision. I’ve had a wonderful experience! Everyone from the front desk, doctors and opticians were friendly, professional and accommodating. Special shout out to Melissa, Optician, for all the time and care she took in helping me pick new frames.
My glasses needed totally new lenses because I left them in a hot car in the sun and apparently that is not a good thing to do. I learned the hard way. I took them in to Issaquah Vision and by chance sat down with Anna. I needed to get her some information that I did not have with me, so she kept my glasses and I called her when I got home. Because we’re leaving on vacation in exactly a week, she was able to get my glasses. returned in perfect order in less than a week and I was so grateful. Thank you, Anna and Issaquah Vision!
They really were exceptional. The office dealt effectively with my insurance, scheduled me efficiently and the exam was very thorough. Everything was explained to me in language I understood and a follow up was scheduled for a matter I need to monitor. I switched for insurance purposes. I’ll continue with IV due to a great experience.
I had an excellent experience with Issaquah vision. There is plenty of free parking and the office is conveniently located on the 1st floor. My appointment started exactly on time. Every person from front desk reception, to the technician (Patina I believe), to Dr.. Shani, and Barb, the one to fit my glasses, was kind and friendly and actually kind of fun! I was a first time patient but I heard them greet several patients in the waiting area by name. Great place to go for eye exams and glasses! Excuse any typos…I can’t see this tiny print which is why I needed to go and can’t wait for my glasses to arrive!
I have always been pleased with the service at Issaquah Vision! Dr Shani Rerecich is so thorough and always spends time to answer all my questions. Today I went to pick up my new glasses and Barbara was amazing in discussing other frame options available in future and insurance options. Since I was considering an extra pair of glasses this was much appreciated!! Thank you Issaquah Vision!
