I had a comfortable and reassuring experience at Issaquah Eyeworks. All of the staff were welcoming, professional and efficient. I appreciated the easy check-in process at the front desk. The techs also made sure I was properly fitted for my tests. Dr. Yoshihara is very knowledgeable and explained her findings, and what she will check on at my next appointment. I appreciate the excellent service at Issaquah Eyeworks!
I first went into Issaquah Eyeworks for help getting my glasses adjusted even though I didn't buy them there. They very kindly helped me out and I made my first appointment. I have been going there for the last 4 years now and am very impressed with all three of the Dr's I have seen. I recently had Laser treatment for a secondary Cateract and they handled the diagnosis, referral, communication and post procedure care flawlessly and wnt out of their way to make it ultra convienient for me. I would recommend them to anyone I know
Dr. Chen is wonderful. She got me in for a same day appointment for an urgent matter. She was able to evaluate my symptoms and explain the diagnosis and follow up with language that I could understand. I highly recommend her!
Great experience. The office staff was very professional, friendly, and helpful! Dr. Toy was informative and thorough. I will definitely be coming back here! Great selection of glasses as well.
My wife and I had an eye exams with Dr Amy Chen today. She is one of the best Doctor you can find. She is kind, gentle, considerate and professional. All the staffs were very kind and professional as well. We have 2 thumbs up for everyone in the store on 5/12/26
