I went to Dr. Anderson for 15 years. I’m not sure what changed with him, but my last two annual appointments were disappointing. He barely spent any time with me during my appointments and the prescription he gave me for my contacts was off. My vision has been slightly blurry and I have been unable to make out details of signs for the last two years. Dr. Anderson used to be a really great doctor, but his practice is not worth going to anymore when you’re paying a premium for subpar service. I was not (and am not) planning on ever going back, but the office unprecedentedly automatically scheduled an appointment for me (which I would’ve had to pay a $50 cancellation fee if I hadn’t seen the text message).

Who would have thought that going for an eye exam could be so much fun? I had such a great experience at Arcadia Eye Care! The location is in a neighborhood tucked back away from the noise of Old Town Scottsdale and the staff was so friendly! Dr. Anderson was super nice and had a great sense of humor and Ashley took such great care of me! I must have tried on at least 100 pairs of frames and she was just as excited as I was to find the best fit. They had so many brands to choose from like Oliver Peoples, Tom Ford, WOOW, and so many more that I’ve never heard of before. They also had sunglasses - I will be back another time for them 😉. While I was having a fashion show, another customer was visiting who has been seeing them for quite some time. She seemed to have a great relationship with all of the team and joined in to help with styling my new look. We all laughed and had a great time helping each other. That’s what it’s all about, right?! This wasn’t a typical visit to the eye doctor. This was an experience made by a team of people who truly care about their patients. I highly recommend SEEING Arcadia Eye Care in Scottsdale, AZ!

Both my son and I have seen Dr. Anderson. He was attentive, patient and thorough with his exams. We worked with Ashley to find the perfect glasses! She was knowledgeable and offered honest feedback on our choices and truly made the experience go so smoothly! They were quick to let us know when our glasses were ready for pickup and Ashley made sure they didn’t need any adjustments before we left. Everyone in the office welcomed us with a smile. Office and all equipment was clean and you can really tell everyone takes pride in working there. Absolutely recommend!

Dr. Anderson is amazing! He has taken care of our family for the past 15 years and he solves problems that other doctors cannot. Highly recommend!

I used to work for a large optometry company here in AZ. Where optometrists come and go. A '2 pair for $99' type of place, if you get my drift. Arcadia is NOT that type of eye care, and Dr. Anderson is a no-nonsense, solution-driven kind of eye doc. My vision changed for the first time in years, and the doc's solution for my contact lenses worked perfectly. I left with the utmost confidence in Dr. Anderson. Also, the frame selection blows those '2 for $99' places out of the water. Highly recommend for glasses or contacts.
