Very unprofessional. My first visit to their office, I waited around 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time to see the optometrist. When I inquired about what was taking so long, one of the front desk women told me he forgot his phone and went home to retrieve it... I gave them another chance and rescheduled my appointment. After the appointment, I waited for weeks for the contact lenses I ordered. I had to call twice about their status. Today I called about them and the woman who answered said they contacted me 2 weeks ago with a “robo call” saying my contacts were ready. I received no such call, or a voicemail. I’m disappointed with the service I received here and do not recommend.

What a waste of time. I scheduled an appointment for an eye exam a week in advance for Wednesday because it is my only day off of work. When I show up, the business is closed and no one is there. This is incredibly unprofessional. I tried to call and their line is disabled (as no one is there). Save your time, go somewhere else.

They did a great job at fixing my glasses after one of my screws broke in half on the side of my glasses. They fixed it and replaced all my old screws with new ones and there very nice people there .

This place has went down hill! I take my kids because I went as a child. These last experiences have been awful! When I went to pick up my daughter glasses they gave her a pair with an old prescription and here it is August and I have been calling needing my son glasses since February!!

I been going here since a child and now I take my children. The best place to go great staff and Doctor they are all wonderful people. And quick service!!!!!
